It is my ambition to advise and assist organizations in the selection, implementation, and/or further rollout of modern HCM cloud applications.  My diverse skill set and hands-on approach makes me well-positioned to advise and assist organizations in their journey towards modernizing their HCM and payroll processes. My deep expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM, coupled with my project management capabilities and broader understanding of HR and payroll systems, makes me a valuable partner for organizations seeking to optimize their HR and payroll applications.

Project management (HCM/payroll implementations)

I believe in a doing it together approach. Yes, I will draft projects plans, monitor the budget and timelines, but I will also take the organization by the hand and if needed I will stand shoulder to shoulder in order to make the project a success! 

Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation Support (Configuration, Conversion, Implementation Advice)

I started working with Oracle Cloud HCM (Oracle Fusion) in 2012, with the early releases. Over the years I have executed multiple implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM for local and global companies.  I am certified Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud professional.

HCM Software Selection, RFP, RFI Support

Despite my extensive Oracle knowledge I am able to support customers in selections processes of HR and payroll software, by guiding HR and payroll departments into the right direction. Due to my experience I have knowledge of (Dutch) payroll legislation. I understand how to built the labor agreements into a payroll application. I understand the concepts of interfacing payroll related data between Global HR applications and local payroll applications. 

Managing and supporting Payroll Integrations

In consultation with the customer (HR/payroll administration) and payroll provider we will discuss the as-is and to-be situation, analyse your  payroll needs, discuss data mapping and  propose any additional configuration in your Core HR application. Project management during realization, support in testing, and go-live. (package independent, experience with Oracle Cloud HCM and Workday HCM).
